Are in person office visits offered?
At this time, we are virtual only. In-person appointments are available periodically.
Will insurance cover my visit?
I currently accept Aetna, Anthem-Blue Cross PPO, Blue Card PPO, Cigna, Medicare, MultiPlan, Optum-UHC-UBH-UMR, and Uprise Health insurance. I can also provide documentation for out-of-network coverage that you can submit to your insurance company. This is not a guarantee of coverage. For a guarantee of coverage, check with your insurance.
Do you offer financing options?
I work on a sliding scale for patients with financial concerns. I offer deferment of costs on a case-by-case basis.
Is Psychotherapy Required?
Yes, psychotherapy with me at an interval ranging from twice a week to monthly is required. I do not offer medication management only. I also do not provide split treatment, meaning I do not prescribe medications while another clinician conducts therapy.
